1. Are we insured?
Yes. We are fully covered and prepared to take care of your space. Our employees are trained and uniformed. A quality control supervisor double-checks the work to ensure thoroughness.
2. What type of cleaning supplies do we use?
We offer green, nontoxic, eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products available for glass, floor, window, and toilet cleaning solutions. Some of the products we use include: Envirox, Vinegar and Dawn Dish Soap.
3. How do I schedule a cleaning?
Once you submit your request and preferred time, a SHAN Cleaning representative will call or email you to schedule a time. Submit Residential Request. Or submit commercial request.
4. How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the tasks and amount of time required to complete the work with satisfaction! You can tell us more about your needs when you request our services.

6. Am I locked into a cleaning schedule?
For commercial contracts we contract annually. For residential on-going clients, you can adjust your cleaning schedule at any time. We just ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice.

8. Can I tip the cleaners?
Yes! Please contact us (on the same day as the cleaning or before) to add a tip to your credit card charge.
